Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Unopened action figures and model kits in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Incorrect items shipped by our team
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of collectible items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- Opened collectible figures (including 3rd Party TFs, 4th Party TFs, and Action Figures)
- Pre-ordered or limited edition items (marked as “Complete Model” or special editions)
- Custom or commissioned pieces from studios like Azure Sea Studios or Earnestcore Craft
- Items from categories: “3rd Party & Official TFs”, “3rd Party Model Kit”, “4th Party TFs” once opened
- Products where original packaging has been damaged or discarded
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Approval and Instructions
Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you with:
- Return authorization and RMA number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any additional requirements specific to your item
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Step 4: Processing and Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your request.
