Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Unopened action figures and model kits in original packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Incorrect items shipped by our team
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened collectible figures (including 3rd Party TFs, 4th Party TFs, and Action Figures)
  • Pre-ordered or limited edition items (marked as “Complete Model” or special editions)
  • Custom or commissioned pieces from studios like Azure Sea Studios or Earnestcore Craft
  • Items from categories: “3rd Party & Official TFs”, “3rd Party Model Kit”, “4th Party TFs” once opened
  • Products where original packaging has been damaged or discarded

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Approval and Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you with:

  • Return authorization and RMA number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional requirements specific to your item

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing and Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your request.
